Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can always know where it is.

Our handling time takes 1-4 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period.  We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number when it is generated. Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the USA and regular ground shipping time is 1-4 business days.

Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing an order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, etc.

The courier is always responsible for performing the parcel's delivery with a signature. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the costumer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the merchandise is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, Wheelhouse Graphix will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.

Returns

At Wheelhouse Graphix, we take pride in our high quality products, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please let us know. We will reprint your order, but you will be responsible for shipping fees if your dissatisfaction was not Wheelhouse Graphix error. You must, however, notify us of any problem within 24 hours of receipt of your prints and return the product to us if requested.

Please Note: Orders for more than one (1) of the same item will be replaced only if the error is the fault of Wheelhouse Graphix. No-charge reprints due to errors by the client are limited to one item. Also, a 0.5″ tolerance is allowed on all dimensions of any hemmed product. Finished products within this margin, even if a custom size is requested, will not be replaced.
